Extreme #1 Yellowstone

Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons were magnicficent, and seeing this griz was cool. The 8,000 people in the stopped in the middle of the road taking pictures, not cool.

Extreme #2 Floating the Missouri Breaks across Montana following the footsteps of Sacagawea, Lewis and Clark

The fantastic rock formations along the Missouri Breaks were non-stop.

Pelicans and deer were abundant

Did we mention that two people and two dogs in a van wasn't cozy enough so we moved into a canoe?
